    You can go for paid reviews , forum posts abut your website ,article submissions to explain the importance of registering their business in your bzsite.

    You may also want to consider removing ads altogether until you get a large userbase. Nobody like to stay on a site they find from a search engine that is completely covered in ads or looks like some generic cash parking site...
