How can I get more backlinks?

Alright, so I have my free image hosting and free clan hosting websites that i've been developing over the course of a few months.

I've kept these links in my signatures on forums that I post on, and it's helped me get indexed by google, and get me around 50 unique visitors a day IF i'm active on the forums.

how can I generate more backlinks, and generate more user activity?

I really want these sites to succeed... please help.

 

By dir. submissions, forum posting, forum sig. link buying, article marketing, social bookmarking, blog commenting, sponsoring wordpress themes, press release marketing etc.

 

you can also write articles about your site that will help you get back links

Yes Xrumer can get a ton of backlinks, but I would setup doorway pages that redirect to your main site. You will piss off a lot of forum owners using that program, so make sure to use domain names you do not mind losing. Those domain names will also get banned in google, that is why you want to have them redirect to your main site.
