How can I get more "+1" on Google Plus?

    I'm a marketer of a software company. We sell different kinds of video converters.
    I'm also in charge of the company's Facebook and Google+ account.

    I update them almost every working day.
    Posts from Facebook can sometimes get some likes from friends.
    However, no matter how hard I work on Google+, there's no reaction at all. None.
    No "+1". No followers. No comments.:(

    Is the content on our Google+ boring? I just “transmit” articles from our official blog onto it.
    Please give me advice.

    you must invoke you visiters for likes and comments. But at one's ease. For example, make the action, coupons and etc.

    Actually we do have some giveaway or holiday sale campaigns. I also posted these contents on our Google+ page.
    Unfortunately, it seems almost nobody saw the posts I posted.:(
    For Facebook, I can see how many people saw my posts.
    But how can I see the page views on Google+ posts? Any methods/tools?:confused:

    Well, does the company have a blog? If so, I recommend using the blog to get more +1's. I usually write about giveaways/coupons on the blog, then tell people to +1/like to show appreciation, usually works.

    Google+ is relatively new so it would take time to develop as much as Facebook. You should try hard and build your brand and services and try to engage more with the Google+ fans. They would surely come to you.

    If you didn't know Google +1 is A Ghost Town. I'd would rather you stick to Facebook and Twitter for social activity.

    Well the best way is the natural way.

    Write useful articles and make sure that you allow people to contact you via, twitter,facebook and also G plus.

    A lot of people to learn How to tips and tricks. if you are on the niche way you definitely received a lot of "+" for your posts. Now Google Plus really works with Google Communities. You can try this. Join active Communities and get a more "+". Compare to Facebook groups Google Plus communities is more professional and a chance to get real likes and readers.
