    Modify that theme. make it look nice and appealing. Start many new threads (you need to aim for 10-20 threads a day for the beginning). People are intersted in content .. you need MANY topics ... Takes time and work, but it's possible to achieve.

    It is really a tough job. forum needs people constent attention and a lot of people to work on that. most people just viewing and if there is no new stuff. people will not come back again:(

    Work on the design a nice header perhaps ? and of course time i'm afraid that is the main thing you will need to come to terms with. good luck to you Mike.
