How can i get H.264 output in after effects?

    How can i get H.264 output in after effects? I don't have the option in "Format".

    When I choose the following:

    Composition -> Add to render queue -> “Output module” -> In format I choose Quicktime Movie -> I Click on the format options -> and in compression type I select h.264

    I get a message that says:

    "After Effects : For reliable output with H.264 compression, please choose it directlly from the Output Module Format menu instead of via QuickTime (44 : 81)"

    I'm using cs4.

    Are you on mac or pc? you should be able to change it on the format tab. I'm using 5.5 so im not really sure
