Let the search engine spider find your site first. So, post links on forum or anywhere which the spider may visit. When they find a link of your site, they will go to your site and crawl and cache.

You should not do anything. Google itself will crawl, index and cache pages of your website. But if you have a new domain, it usually takes some days. Don't be worry about it.

the way the search engines work is they will automatically cache your content unless you tell them not to.. so you just need to do nothing

I call it 'establishing the asset' and it's quite simple. First, you create the asset, that could be either a site, a page, a blog post, an article, etc. Then you story submit the asset to these sites: Digg, Yahoo Buzz, Propeller, Kirtsy, then copy and paste the asset at Sodahead. Onlywire the asset as well as the story submissions. If your asset is a website create a profile about your site at Aboutus.org, also post a rating of your asset at Rateitall.com. Should take about 15-20 minutes.

    This will index your asset.

Adding your URL to Google is like asking for a free ride to the sandbox....Never do that to a new site...Let Google find you.

Its super easy. Go to a site like www.domiantools.com and a handful of sites like that with a high pr. search your URL and let it find you. You get added to their index. They have high authority. The page gets indexed. You get indexed.

You can get indexed in less then 24 hours with this method.
