    Just write unique content. Don't use any spammy techniques and their you go. Apply to adsense and you will get approved. As they don't care about traffic and other things. Just make sure that you read their adsense policy before applying.

    Yes write unique and quality content, put on site, then apply for adsense. Dont forget to put on your site private policy and contact page or you will not get adsense account.

    You just copy/paste the AdSense code from Google into your blog template.
    The short answer is that the template is located in /skins/skin-name/_main.php (b2evo 1.x) or /skins/skin-name/index.main.php (b2evo 2.x)

    Create Blogspot and Post some Unique Articles (posts) daily for 14 days. Then you will be approved by Adsense... Google adsense is friendly with blogspots
