    Try putting your site in the forum sig here at DP when you have your sig enabled and you should see some good traffic.

    I get a lot of traffic from DP. Not that another on this forum cares about my niche'. So it may not be usefull.

    Digg is your friend. And so is PingMyBlog.

    Each article should have an about the author section, where your link will be. That allows people who have read your article and are interested in it to visit your website to learn more.

    Yahoo answers are a good source of traffic if used wisely.
