Days have passed and my site remain in the same position on GOOGLE, I have tried so many method but found it's hard to get improved a little bit, what should I do if my site can not creat more fresh contect frequntly, just to add links to my site? Since directories submission and article submission do not work effectly, any good way to do it well?

Article submission do not work? This is the first time i came across any statement like that.

My suggestion is write quality content. Time spent by the the user on the site is very important. DO you have Google Analytics? If not set it up.

Read tips on DP forum about specific tips. This is a great place to learn.

You will not be able to get your site on first page in a week or so, it requires some time. Keep building backlinks to your site. Article and general directories do work. Also try social bookmarking and blog commenting.

Well you will not move up immediately
You need to anlayse why you are down against those who are on top of you for that keyword

Its simple, analyse those websites what content they have and how many back links they have

If you can beat them in content and links , You will be UP

Whilst the search engines are important, and high SERPs are great, you need to also ensure that you are getting maximum benefit from any traffic you _do_ get, from whatever source.

Use your analytics package to make sure that your bounce rate isn't too high, and that your site is sticky. Set up goals and check that people are completing those goals. Once you have got your conversion rates as high as possible, it is worth then going back to traffic driving techniques - some of which are listed above.

You can drive as many people as you want to your site but if they bounce straight out again because your website doesn't deliver, you could be wasting your time and money.

Look at your title: it is all just caps
Also your landing page has "CAPS" too much.
I understand you trying to get your traffic based on "cap", but making any 3rd word on your content "CAP" is not going to work, and Google may detect this and penalize.
Try using google keyword suggestion tool. Find other keyword phrases, that are less competitive.
In addition use google local business. You can get some traffic from there.

Try to get advantage of google image search. 99% of your images having the same alt tag: alt="baseball caps"
User other descriptions, targeting more keywords.
<h1> tags, you have multiple, or empty like: <h1 class="STYLE90">&nbsp;</h1>
Use h1 tag properly and give proper description what this page is about (just don't use "cap" every second word" :))

It depends on the keywords you are optimizing for. If you are working on a high competitive keyword, you should have many backlinks and article submission, Directory submission and social bookmarking can help you to reach to your goal.
