All i really know to do is Digg.

I was wondering whats the best ways to get visitors? for the amount of work and visitors it will attract.

I think social bookmarking is a good option.

 

social networks like twitter, myspace, facebook can bring you visitors.It depends on what you can offer.

if your blog contains tutorials then you can submit your blog posts to various tutorials sites.
I have a photoshop tutorials blog and most of my blog traffic comes from tutorial sites only.

- Relevant content to what the blog is about
