    and how will the varification procedure be? how can i get the 4 digit number?

    Its not allowed here. But you can use entropay card , or buy from sellers outsite DP. Many cards offered as reloadable and non reloadable.

    I think that the rules on the Paypal are installed to follow them and once you decide to do something bad , against the rules you will be panised for that for sure.

    I was landed on this post looking for VCC for paypal but waht VCC sale is not allowed iN DP. Atleast let me know where can I get one and what is the trick behind all these Vcc things?
