How can I get a US bank account without a SSN?

your problem is Paypal or Bank account ?
contact payoneer support and ask them to give you your bank account details
then withdrawl from paypal to your US bank

PayPal does allow you to verify your account with a MasterCard, however please note that as the Payoneer prepaid debit MasterCard card is prepaid, you will need to have an available balance on the card when you add it, otherwise the verification charge made by PayPal will not go through.

although i believe that payoneer is expensive for those which countries can have paypal balance to there banks
however a cheapest way for those where paypal is not suported
