How can i get a test edit box in my website?

Hi

Im looking to put a text edit box into my website like the style of Word or similar to the toolbar above this box , with the options of a useable toolbar. (bold, italics, font selector etc)

Is there anything available like this on the web? ive been searching but cant find anything.
