How can I do this so that the picture shows up next to my name when I post?

Do I need an specific amount of posts?

you mean the avatar right?
maybe you need to refresh/clear cache on browser

I can see 'Splashpressmedia' Avatar under you very well. Check it properly after remove caches in your browser.

Nopes !

Btw, I can see "splashpressmedia" image in your Avatar Location. Go to UserCP and play around for a while and you'll gte hang of things.

It shows up for me. If you need to change the avatar go here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/profile.php?do=editavatar

And if you already have changed it clear cache and check it.
