I recently purchased website traffic from a user on here
it was a link for 2 months on a high traffic website
he told me I would get between 500 and 1000 uv's per day
    so I paid $xxx

the link has been there for 20 days now and it has delivered less that 1500 uv's total (average 75 per day) .. I have tried contacting the guy to somehow resolve the dispute and he isn't responding

where do I stand with this as in the past paypal has called this a virtual service and ruled against it in favour of the person who ripped the customer off

    this virtual service thing sucks

ALso, consider leaving negative iTrader on that user so as to provide a warning to anyone else that may be susceptible

have taken it all into consideration and raised a dispute and let him know also

I purchased the traffic based on what was said by you in a public chat forum digital point

    thanks for your advice

you can act in DP and paypal. Make a negative feedack for him by considering the poor service. In paypal normally these services are not considered.because both you should get the respond about the deal. You trusted the member and got the service. At that stage paypal can't guarantee about the deal. because they are providing the service to exchange money. So tell about him in Chat section here.

i dont think this comes under fraudulant as he cant make his visitors click your link to visit your site.... all he can do is put your link on his site but cant force them to visit you.... so i guess you can ask for a refund rather then setting up a disupte.... and if he still dont refund, then only you should go for setup a disupte.... just give him 2 days for refund and 2 days is more then enough to refund someone....

Did you pay with your paypal balance, or your credit card?
