How can i get a Moneybookers account(France,Germany vs. based)

    I can not understand laws here.Turkey.

    So Moneybookers do not allow customers ho want to deposit their sportsbetting accounts via moneybookers.

    I want to get a moneybookers account(confirmed) that allowed me to deposit my account at interwetten or sthng.

    How can i get this?
