i have budget of $2000 per month and need targeted traffic, my niche is Forex Trading that is too competitive and PPC keywords are too high in Adwords, my site is 8 years old Forex site below and i changed CMS from Pligg to Wordpress to become more user friendly but all 30k page gone and redirect to homepage. my question is how should i split the amount $2000 between content creation and marketing and seo to increase domain authority and traffic fast? my target is to increase traffic in long term but i need to increase traffic fast in short term too..can i get monthly 100.000 visitor fast with my budget ? my site get ranked well in google for lower competitive 3-4-5 phrase keywords, should i pay writers to write for targeted keywords with lower ? or its better to add quality content with higher price ? how should i find and pay high quality professional writers? ..how much you pay for a 1000 words quality content ? Running a business I would not put all my eggs in the Google basket that is for sure. PPC works but you need to set up your campaigns correctly. So what if it cost you 50 bucks in traffic to get a $250 commission. Its traffic on demand and its the most targeted. You can do something like cpv or ppv and put your site on targeted websites. I just say that about google because I was running a $400 per day business and it disappears overnight with google. All for the good though because now I can get as much traffic as I want on demand and am not hoping to get hits.
PPC might be a good option, but I don't think you can achieve your target just with that and within that budget!
For 1000 words of high quality content I'd pay somewhere around $60. Get a native high quality writer though, not some writing company sourcing from India. As for your seo concerns, I'd look into either creating a pbn or investing in a service that provides top tier relevant blog posts. The quality you'll need to rank for your keywords won't come cheap, but they'll be worth the money.
Go for quality content. That will reduce your expenditure on PPC marketing. I prefer spend more on content and little portion on PPC advertising for the keywords which are not ranking well in Google.
Why do you need 100k visitors right away? Isn't it better to focus on the quality of the content, rather than the quantity? There are ways to get high volume traffic to your site for cheap... but it might not be very targeted and might leave as soon as they land on the site. At the end of the day, you don't just want traffic to visit your site, you want that traffic to result in you making money. If you want targeted traffic quickly, then PPC is a good option. It's expensive, sure... especially for your niche, but it's great for quick traffic. If Google is too expensive, you could try Bing or Facebook Ads.
Hey, I had a look at your website and it seems standard news type website. I believe that is what you are doing anyways. This might be a little wordy so bear with me on this one. when I talk to new clients about budget splits we work on a basic data set, so we know what has been working in the past but here I do not have that data so what I assume is that you do not have it either. There should be a balance between the tactics you use based on the return they have for you and also quality of visitors they bring in. Note: Your website citation flow is 28 which is alright but it's trust flow is way down. Try to find the reason and fix it. Note: It seems that your website is optimized but only for main stream and highly competitive keywords, analyse and find some niche keywords which might get you better quality visitors. You are better off to start with a fluid concept, this means do not fix any rates or budget for any method yet, 1. No doubt you need good quality content first and foremost. So start your budget spend with that, find good writers, and good content and I would say half the budget should go towards that to begin with. 2. The first couple of months are for trial and error with different methods while you are carrying on strongly with the content. 2.1 Try some PPC, some affiliate link exchange, social media such as Linked-in in your case. (PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE LEADS OR CLICKS) 3. Analyse your traffic through all these methods and then optimize your budget based on what is working and what is not. Note: traffic is not necessarily good if it is not who you want to attract, so the method that gets you the best quality traffic is the one you need not the one that gets you the highest number. Hope this helps
