It would be nice to generate 100 to 150 leads per day because this company pays $1 per lead. I'm still learning the ropes of internet marketing. will postmaster direct help you generate leads? Is postmaster direct a site where they help you find what category you want your business to go and you get on the list and you make up a newsletter telling about your product and postmaster direct sends your newsletter out to dozens of people that have already signed up with something similar for that category? if so, then that's a great place to visit. I guess other ways to generate leads is to draw high traffic to your site by using different ways like, Social bookmarking, article submissions, writing reviews at amazon.com, press releases, google adwords, buying ad space, write and distribute an ebook, directory submission, etc... If I'm on the right track, please let me know or if you have any advice for me it would be greatly appreciated.
Hi all, I'm new here but decided I'd try to get this one kicked off. One of my clients had this same problem not 7 months ago. Basically what I did was set up 3 wordpress installations on 3 different subdomains, all of them were about topically related subjects, which gave me six blogs to produce content for. 7 if you include his primary blog (but I didn't write on that one.) I then populated each blog with 5 articles of content relative to the subject, or sub-segment of the overall theme for each blog every week, about 30 articles(<-- heavy on the pretty visuals, light on the actual words about 70-100 , sure to ad my alt tags to relevant images and tagging the post with appropriate tags) I used, (and linked out too) a lot of content I found through trendhunter.com, stumbleupon, youtube, reddit, digg a few popular blogs in that niche...All in all, it probably took me about 8 hours a week to properly manage. I then set up a greybox pop-up (hand coded) , but alot like awesome pop-up, and installed it to each sub. It was set to launch after the user was on the site for their second visit after about 4 seconds. On the 2nd-5th visit the pop-up was set to offer the promotion to the user. I then put new links to the subs on the primary domain and labeled them appropriately (i.e xxxtips,xxxvideos,xxxquickbits) we also ran promotional ads sparatically in the feeds of the individual blogs on the subs and mad multiple attemps on my sidebar and header to get the rss subscriptions, this link might help you find plugins if your using wordpress: **hxxp://lorelle.wordpress.com/2007/02/25/monetizing-wordpress-plugins/** Most of the actual plugins I used for the installations can be found here: **hxxp://www.agnivo.com/webmasters/indispensible-wordpress-plugins-for-bloggers-34.html** And I used Cutline for the theme because of the SEO beniees and the way it let me display my visuals. Anyway, if your serious about 100-150 leads per day for a PPL affiliate program or your own list, and you can spare 8 hrs a week this is the easiest, most cost effective and simplest way I know how. If you do what I suggest, I don't really think you will need to pay for a service like postmaster to make it happen for you. I hope it helps.
