how would i go about getting more traffic for my articles? (ie squidoo, hubpages, ezine, etc etc) due to these articles not being on my own website, i cant create partnerships with sites in related niches, i cant submit to domain listings, i could follow yahoo answers and forums giving links, but those will really only bring in small traffic, im looking for methods that will up it a little better than forum posts. also, any SEO tips for these? i cant seem to get on google/yahoo/msn with any of them :S
Build niche Squidoo lenses using your articles for the content. Make sure each lens is highly focussed on one niche or micro niche. Tag each lens with phrases that those searching for what your content provides would be likely to type into a search engine - this will help with SEO.
ive already done that over and over, thats about the only thing i can think of to do though, i need to figure out some more ways of getting people in
Publish your article on a high traffic relevant blogs, be sure that blog listed on "review me,"... use a high traffic keywords
Go to socialposter.com and sign up for all the news sites and related services. Then post a sniplet of your article on each of them linking back to a blog / lens with the complete article on it. If you article is written well the first few lines should pull them in and make them want to visit your site.
Niche squidoo lenses, that sounds like a sophisticated tool. I'm going to have to check squidoo out now. Is it an essential site with regards to article promotion?
