How can I follow more people or get more followers? I'm at my Limit

    I'm stuck at following 2001 and have 550 followers and I've waited a few weeks now and I haven't got any more followers since then.

    What is a good method for gaining more followers now that I can't follow any more people?

    Twitter imposed limits a while ago to prevent spamming. You must have 1000 people following you in order to follow more than 2000 people. In addition, after you get to that point, you can only follow 10% more than the amount of people following you.

    Damn that's annoying. So now instead of using my Twitter account to promote my site, I will be using my Site to Promote my Twitter...
