How can I fix this?

I logged into webmaster tools and saw that I had a missing page according to google. To my surprise it wasn't a page, but actually an outgoing link from my links page. This is a link to another site.

Its my fault, because of a typo and it looks like this http://www.example.com/www.example.com

Where the first example is MY site link and the 2nd is the link for the other guy's. It should just be his, but I noticed that unless you specify http:// it will do that. So google thinks this is a page, and my rankings dropped majorly.

What do I do? Can I create a 301 redirect some how, and if so how would I do that in detail for this particular incident? any suggestions would really help a guy out :)
