How Can I fix this problem?

    Whenever I use my proxy http://2og.biz/ the pages never load instead I get a window asking if I want to download index.php. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Works fine for me, but these problems are within the actual permisson settings via chmod. You must have set it to 777 or something for it to do this.
