Try to deactivate any plugin which you recently activated

Go to hosting where your domain connected -> Go to file manager and find exact path : /home/plugless/public_html/wp-includes/pomo/mo.php . Open it and check it any change on line 85. If yes, delete it.
REMEMBER : Very carefully - Your sites can be removed if you did something wrong. Let's copy to another file ( like notepad or Microsoft Word ) first and Fix it.
    Good luck !

Hey I got this error few days ago. In my case it happened when I took upgrading wordpress. For slow or bad hosting updates got error and showed this message. I have tried many things and at last I delete all thing from hosting server and reupload and install wordpress again.

also I just leave that hosting provider.
