How can i fix Page scrolling issue

    I had just created new website http://qrcode.in now everything is working fine but one thing is annoying me and ofcourse any user that when I click on that tabs email, URL, vCard etc.. page slightly scroll and changed it position so how can I make it fixed position when any tab is selected.
