How can I find the country of my visitors?

I use flagcounter.com to find where my visitors are coming from.

 

I think many would know 3rd party tools like Google Analytics. The question here is to get the Complete Database of IP-to-Country mapping, so as to use it in Restricted access and other related stuffs. Kindly say anything other than Google Analytics.
