How can I find parttime employee that I can trust.

    I want part time employee to help me create campaigns, I want him/her to sign in to my account and help me create campaign.The problem is how can I trust the feelancer I found on freelance sites.He/she can see what I'm doing and start doing like me.Please advice, where can I find part time employees that doesn't know anything about affiliate marketing.Its really difficult for me, all people trying to make some bucks online knows about affiliate marketing and I don't want to hire them.

    Please advice, where can i find them.
