    You can look at the sites source code and looking it has no follow tags or you can install the SEO For Firefox addon which can highlight no-follow links for you :)

    If your using firefox you can use the SEO tool by seobook.com as noted above ^^
    or you can select and highlight the link and right click view selected source>
    and look for rel="externalnofollow" or rel="nofollow"

    I use SEOQuake for firefox :)
    similar to the seobook one I'm sure, I've never tried it.

    Highlight the links with nofollow in red...:p
