How can I find out if a paypal user is verified ?

    If you don't have PayPal accounts then you can't find out user's status. If you have PayPal account than you can find it when you make payments to someone.

    if you received payment then mail about the pay will contains about verified , unverified status

    if you sending money that time also you can look up the status

    Yes u can but there is some limit for unverified accounts depending upon your country.

    Got it, being an Indian, I cannot send money at all from my Paypal, which makes alll these earnings pretty much useless.

    As far as i know you can send $100 from your indian unverified paypal account so may be you have already sent $100 from your unverified account, is it true :confused:
