Google Webmasters Tools has a good backlink feature......but my favorite is the yahoo site explorer.
type link:www.yoursite.com into the yahoo seach snd you will get a nice list

I usually use the free tool from backlinkwatch.com to count all the backlinks I've built for my site. Google doesn't show all BLs.

Googlewebmaster tools is definitely the way to go. Any outside tool isn't going to be able to access that data, and Yahoo Site explorer only talks about Yahoo, and who the heck cares about them??? ;)

Using of Yahoo or backlinkwatch is the best way. Both gives the same results. Bcoz, backlinkwatch retrieves the result from Yahoo only.

Else, by logging into ut Webmaster tools u can find all the backlinks.

I would use Yahoo!'s Siteexplorer AND Google Webmaster Tools (that's what we pretty much do prior to research with our own tools). A remark: not all search engines see the same (and all) links. Besides we cannot be sure that they show us exactly what they see :D

Between google webmaster tools and yahoo site explorer, you should be able to see every link that goes to your site.

Personally, I think yahoo site explorer shows more links then google webmaster tools. On one of my sites, Google webmaster tools shows around 7,000 links, where yahoo site explorer shows 10,000 links.
