    If you mean how to check a site if it's no follow or not, just do a search in its source with the keyword "nofollow". If there isn't any it is not nofollow. If there is, check what has nofollow tag. It might be applied to just only 1 link or it's sub-pages or that nofollow tag may be effecting everything. Last one is important if you are checking a link directory or a social bookmarking site.

    Install Search status addon. It will help you to find out the no follow links in that site.If it highlights the links in that site then it is nofollow.

    I tried it but it doesn't work it shows alexa and google ranking but not if blog is dofollow

    I know how to identify a do follow from a no follow. Now how do I find mass amounts all in one? There has to be some sort of trick? I don't want to go through 30 links on googlel before I find a do follow blog just to be moderated half of the time. Someone out there has to have an ace up their sleeve......
