How can I find Blogs and Forums for comments and backlinks

I need to get some backlinks for my website Reflexology of the Foot | Foot Reflexology
Now the problem which i am facing is that i really dont know how to find these blogs which allow comments on them with backlinks.
I need high PR and high ranking blogs.
The same i need it for the forums.
can someone please help me out in finding them

Maybe this idea could be helped. This is what your Google search will look like if you've been looking for a .com website, having a blog without closed comments and you needn't be logged directly into use...and let say you would like to comment in “fashion style” theme.

site:.com inurl:blog "post a comment" -"comments closed" -"you must be logged in" " classic fashion style "
And the .org, .net. and .info domain searches would like this:
site:.org inurl:blog "post a comment" -"comments closed" -"you must be logged in" " classic fashion style "
site:.net inurl:blog "post a comment" -"comments closed" -"you must be logged in" " classic fashion style "
site:.info inurl:blog "post a comment" -"comments closed" -"you must be logged in" " classic fashion style "

One more term could be the only thing you really need to change...this should actually be strongly related to your niche. Say we might not find any blogs related to classic fashion style ", we may consider something a bit more general like “fashion style”.
