    i would like people to submit original content on my site and in return i will link to their site.

    You could start by creating a thread in the B/S/T section here at DigitalPoint in "Cheap Stuff". Plenty of people would be willing to write a little content for a return link, providing your site is established.

    This site would help you: www.myblogguest.com . This does exactly what you want. However, keep in mind that unless your site is authoritative nobody will spend their time to write content for the blog.
