How can I filter or segment traffic from sources (referrers)

    How can I filter or segment traffic from sources (referrers) that convert worse than 1:1000 ?

    Try making a custom report with Goal 1 Conversion Rate as the metric, and Medium and then Source as the dimensions. When you view the report, you should be able to drill down to the Medium 'Referrals' and then see the conversion rate for each one.
