the easiest solution is to contact the people who own the copyright to the track, and send them an email stating that you don't intend to use it for commerical gain, and ask for their expressed permission to use their material
Try what Grit says. If that fails, there are sites out there that actually host the music and legally allow embedding I am pretty sure.
