How can I embed a video or an audio file in my blog post?

    Hello!

    I have a Word Press blog and I would like to embed an mp3 file or a video file in my blog post, but I am not sure how to do it. Can anyone help me? Perhaps you can direct me to a web page with instructions on how to do it.

    you can submit the video to Youtube first,
    and then simply embed the code to blogspot. :)

    You will need a plugin, which is a lot to solve this problem of yours or you will need to learn how to use excerpts to incorporate them into your blog.
