How Can I effectively Promote my Blogger.com Blogs?

    I have several blogger.com blogs, and have been diligently and regularly posting content (written by me) on them. I have added their urls on several directories, and also tried making relevant comments on the do follow blog. Still I only get tens of visits, most of them receiving only 30 to 40 visits a day. How can I really promote them so that a considerable amount of traffic with go their way? BTW, most have PR ranging from 2 to 4. Please any effective SEO advice...

    2. Link exchange with them or buy link from them
    3. update regurarly
    4. Press release, article marketing and other effective promoting..
    5. etc..

    If you need traffic, do post unique and usefull content. and bookmark it in social networks.

    If you aim PR. Do post regualr unique update & gain backlinks.
