    HI can I edit themes. In acp writes this
    If this file were writable you could edit it.
    How can i make it writable?

    Or just edit the files directly - if I recall the themes are located in wp-content/themes - I usually copy the "default" folder, rename it and work from there.

    You can just ftp to your desktop and do your editing from there, upload and check your changes, unless im misunderstanding.
