    if you want to check only top 100, just do advanced search and use CTRL-F to find your site

    if your are using wordpress blog then I suggest you to use keyword winner wordpress plugin. It is a keyword research plugin for google keyword suggestions

    Simply first of all we will copy the keyword and pest in the google and press the Enter
    then we will see the ranking of the keyword.

    you wil not beleive but all keyword software , including market samurai and trend micro niche finder , works by viewing stats of adword keyword tool...you just need to undertsnad that properly.. here are few tips.
    [1]go for exact searches only.
    [2]if u unsure about from where you want get traffic , search traffic in US
    [3]look at local monthly searches , if u want traffic from specified country.
    [4]look at trends also.
    and u r done..
