We're creating the content, not the owner. Forums might be a hassle maintaining, but the users create the website/community. Revenue sharing is cool, but it's not going to get you a tank of gas every week.

just like everybody else said, make your own site, build it well, concentrate on traffic, then get money.

 

I agree. Better if you would just create a blog about a keywords that is highly paid by adsense.
