First of all you select a good topic for adsense and then put some good content in it after that target some keyword don't try to target 1 keyword because Google spam it use more then 3 keywords and then site will eatable and after then when you put adsense you are getting good earning and also no issue with adsense like disable ads problem ETC
find trending keywords at google trends then create article based on that keyword. Focus on that method just enough
