I'll have to second the opinion of a few forum members here. Find some activity you can do and offer your services as an outsourcing partner. That way you'll not only start earning soon, but will also be in contact with some great IM minds from whom you can learn valuable stuff or who can later become mentors.
You can earn money online with PTC / GPT world ! It is easy, but you will need to have some referrals to earn 10$ per day
I have been training people to earn money like this through micro niche adsense sites for a cheap fee without any complaints to date. Have you tried fiverr.com - do two jobs a day for $5 each would bring you $10 - agree with others about freelancing as that is a good way to get a budget together so you can then spend more money on advertising your site, or getting hosting and that type of thing.
