    You may try this video downloading software, it can help you download online video to computer for free, you can also use it to convert Youtube video to MP4 video for iPod, iTunes, PSP, Zune, etc. My friends recommend it to me, it's legal and works pretty well.

    install internet download manager and just load the video in firefox and right on empty space and choose download flv...thats all
