    there is a plugin that coming up & working great with firefox .best for downloading videos from every single video sharing website .its called i think video download helper .Not sure long time ago i have used this .

    There's also Keep Tube with a nifty FF plugin to go with it. Lots of supported sites including the usual, Youtube etc., but for all you, er, video enthusiasts, it also supports downloads from various adult sites as well.

    if you want to download the flv movie then used dap or idm.just give the link to these and download flv files easily.
