Hi guys,i made a bid in sitepoint last week to sale a template.and someone won the bid,but when the bid finished,he only contact me once and now i cannt contact him again. how can i do about that?who can give me some advices,thanks.
sorry, I don't really understand your post. Did you big on his auction? Or did he bid on yours? Either way, if I were you, I would just be patient and then contact sitepoint.
yes he bid on mine and has won the bid,and now the bid has finished,but he only pm me one time and then do not reply me again,and i send an email to contact sitepoint and there's no respone too. my bid is here http://marketplace.sitepoint.com/auctions/39199 and u can see the status is 'sold', but i cannt go on with him because he do not reply me
well, if he backs out the sale, as far as I know you can't physically make him pay, and, if he doesn't reply soon, then you should either contact the bidder who came second or create a new auction. Good luck in getting your money Simon
