How can I do this using JavaScript?

    ... when we click an advertisement, an image/text pops out saying "Click the red ball to view the advertisement"... how can I do it? Can someone please help me out?

    It looks like, when the user clicks a link, javascript puts a red ball image in a random location within a certain range of points in the box, and puts the url on that ball.

    Just create a function in javascript to place the ball image in a random position inside of a specified object and which url it should link to.
