How can I do this kind of placement?

I want my adsense block displayed like this.

rather than
http://www.nintynine.org/2007/archives/using-traffic-exchange-sites-to-boost-alexa-ranking/

please help me.
If it needs a plugin then tell me which plugin? I tried to search but cant find.

i think johncow placement is not a special placement.

you must edit your blog templates

 

The placement is very simple just use the adsense plugin for wordpress.

The name of the plugin is adsense deluxe. You get many options with it like wrap text around your ads.

If you don't want to edit template or get the plugin. You can simply do this
In your post code add the following code
<div style="float: left;margin: 4px">
<!-- Adsense code here -->
</div>
This way you can play aroudn with your ad placements within posts.
