How Can I do this in vBulletin 3.6.8

Hello all,
I am quite new to this vBulletin.
I want to create left column boxes like they do here..

I'd like to get three boxes there. Last 5 post, Top Poster and a Advertisement Box. The boxes should appear every pages except profile, usercp and private messaging.

I tried the article for it from vb.com, but that is not doing well. I tried posting in vb.org but none there seems to reply. I am using vBulletin 3.6.8 Patch Level 1.
Sorry for being demanding, but, I really need this.
Please Help

Not sure if it is compatible with your version though, but make backups before you do them.

 

Oh yes, I tried that.
Its working in 3.6.8, but I can't add more than one box.

to have more than one box.. you can just edit the template...

 

There are two ways you can do this.

Go to vbulletin.org and search for ultimate side columns

or....

Go to vbadvanced and install it

I personally like the ultimate side columns the best. But I am so far into the forum now that I do not have room for them. Hope this helps!

 

install vbadvanced and follow this guide. gives you great control over the sidebar contents and you can even make custom pages and lot more.
