Hi there Actually i wont to know that which kind of task in ON Page work for getting listed a site? Please define "ON Page work".
This would involve making sure the Title tag is optimised for the chosen keywords, that the page is properly formatted using semantic markup (H1, H2, UL...etc) with the H1 containing the main keyword(s), that all images have alt attributes, that the keyword density is at a reasonable level, that the internal linking structure is optimised including any no-follows where necessary, that the site is not linking out to any bad neighborhoods, that the site is getting regular fresh content, that it has a sitemap, that the canonicalization has been set up properaly, that there are no 404 errors, that any redirects are set up properly. . .gasp, gasp, gasp. There's plenty more but i'll leave that to someone else.
