I could be wrong, but I 'thought' that Google will do this automatically if it respects your site enough. It automatically happened for me on an old domain and I never submitted anything. ???

its means Google has good respect in your site, such as we put keyword directory critic than show like its.
i.e. in other words we can say that you have got more good back link which that mostly cached by Google.
you have got good achievement by Google! congratulate for good position.

 

You can't do it. Google does it for you. They decide when to do it and what to put there based on what they think users may be most interested in your site. Look in webmaster tools under sitelinks for more explanantion. So you need to put good content and lots of deep links to the pages you want to show in the sitelinks. And hope.

 

Exactly. It happened to me for one website with a PR3 and about 5k monthly visitors.

the websites which are established and whose link structure google has recognised (lol,not sure ) google shovers it s love for such urls, these websites are called Authority websites and if you think you can acheive it easily then you are probably wrong , it needs lot of work nd even traffic to do that ... there was a article here 2 year ago where some one mentioned you need 10 Million visitors permonth to become a authority website , unable to find that link
