How can i do keywords suggestion for those sites which have not completed yet?

I am facing some problem during make keywords suggestions.
Let suppose a jewelry related site and this site is not designed yet nor is developed. then I don't know how can i do keywords suggestions for this site?

Please guide me.......

You can find 'keywords' based on a niche. Once you the keyword; content and design can flow

you can simply find the relevant keyword or related to its niche.

 

First you find your competitor and see there keywords then chose good and easy rank keywords.
